Zainab Tijani Mohammed is a performance poet, storyteller and a writer. Her performances are honest and thought-provoking. She has performed at various events like Lagos International Poetry Festival, Abuja Literary Society, GST, Safe space initiative, Search for Common ground, Elect-her, WIFFEN, NGYouthSDGs, movie premiers and other organizations.
As a storyteller, she uses the power of words to create and tell stories that resonate with the audience. She also writes scripts for film and runs an online bookstore.

She has worked at screenwriting workshops with ZIVA works limited, Deedee films and was an intern at FILMCORP studios. Her works include ‘Night Nurse’ on Iroko TV and ‘Kitchen Cabinet series’ on YouTube amongst others. Through the art of spoken word, Zainab uses her voice to shed light on important issues like mental health awareness, women’s rights, motivational words, advocacy and so much more.

Zainab is an aspiring author, hoping to publish her debut novel soon.
